Requirements:
- SQL experienced level
- Experienced with BI and data visualization tools
- Experienced with running A/B testsData
- Knowledge of Python analytics packages (some of them: pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib, seaborn, scipy)
- A good foundation in statistics and mathematics and implementation of its solution for applied tasks
- English intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the product manager and technical specialists
- Engagement in the generation and hypotheses testing, as well as ideas validation on requests from other departments. Suggestions for implementation of new data-driven decisions
- Determine a set of metrics for evaluating various initiatives and projects, set up their monitoring, carry out forecasting, as well as communicate changes in these metrics to the team and make recommendations based on the findings
- Investigate anomalies and find insights in the data analyze subscriber behavior and implement the best solutions to improve user acquisition and retention
- Study how the use of services affects conversions to a subscription
As a Plus:
- Knowledge of Machine Learning basic concepts (liner, classification, clustering al)
- Experience in Data Science/RnD
- Experience with big data and big data technologies
- Hadoop, Spark, and experience
- Communication skills for effective cooperation with business representatives
