3Commas was founded in 2017 to build a reliable platform that can help us stabilize our earnings in crypto while taking away some of the emotions that might result in losses. Once the power of 3Commas was realized, we opened it to the world of crypto and the rest has been history.
We have three principles. Provide a simple intuitive interface for traders, develop sophisticated tools to simplify trading, and maintain a reliable, trustworthy, and transparent business.


  • At least 4 years successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role
  • Managed team members in the past and excited about growing a team
  • Track record of paid spend optimisation across channels with budgets in excess of $1m. Experience in a high-growth company is preferred – Series B onwards.
  • Experience in launching mass and targeted campaigns across user lifecycle with Google Ads, Facebook / TikTok / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola and other
  • Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions as well as event tracking, and data structure. Comfortable in measuring, manipulating, and analyzing data
  • Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude when it comes to new projects; looking for an individual who is excited about thinking of new solutions to improve processes and solve problems
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is a plus
  • Fluent in English


  • Own our strategy for all media: paid ads, display ads, SEO, ASO affiliate and influencer marketing from conception to execution
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels
  • Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website/mobile traffic to help optimise all campaigns
  • Analyse performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities.
  • Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation
  • Constantly work on new channels, manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, end-to-end to drive measurable growth
  • Lead, motivate and grow the existing team of 10+
