We are seeking an adept backend engineer proficient in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies. Expertise in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrencies is highly desirable. Our tech stack includes Go, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, DynamoDB, and various AWS services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, DynamoDB)
- Experience with at least one key-value store (Redis/Memcached/etc.)
- Adherence to best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, and code standards
- Ability to design robust, scalable, and secure features
- Excellent communication skills (both online and in-person)
- Integration experience with external API services
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Go is a significant advantage
