Position Overview:
3Commas.io is seeking a C&B Analyst to oversee the day-to-day human resources operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in both payroll management and compensation and benefits management and will be responsible for ensuring that all HR functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire HR operations process, including payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees
- Manage employee benefits programs, including healthcare, wellness initiatives and options program
- Oversee the administration of all compensation programs, including salary surveys and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure HR data and records are maintained accurately and securely
- Prepare reports for senior management on HR metrics and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll management and compensation and benefits management
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Experience managing HR data and records using HRIS or similar systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
