3Commas was founded in 2017 to build a reliable platform that can help us stabilize our earnings in crypto while taking away some of the emotions that might result in losses. Once the power of 3Commas was realized, we opened it to the world of crypto and the rest has been history.

  • Lead a team of well-established growth team consisting of PM, developers, designers and QA

  • Own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with product teams and the UX/UI team, identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX
  • Ensure our customers get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer experience to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly
  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of 6+ growth marketers
  • Use GA, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude and Bl to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to generate ideas and guide decisions


  • At least 8 years of successful track record in a growth marketing role with demonstrated experience in driving growth through experiments
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
  • Advanced user of analytics tools - CDP, CRM, Attribution tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Mixpanel with a data-first approach
  • Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Experience of working for a Cloud or SaaS business would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in a high-growth company is preferred – Series B onwards
